Thirteen Years

Age 12 - First day as apprentices.
Age 15 - What happened to Wygar's nose.
Age 17 - Growth spurt.
Age 21 - Wygar's tattoos. He's got used to them.
Age 25 - Start of the traditional Journeying Year.

Wygar prefers to tell people that he broke his nose during a training bout. It's less embarrassing than "I got headbutted in the face by a tiny construct."
