I felt like drawing a few more human forms for the dragons. I quite like how Merioc and Arthgen turned out; they're still recognisably them, but not as human-looking as Sarkany and Yin, both of whom have more experience at passing for human and a greater degree of control over their transformations. Easterners are even better at it; you'll notice that Yin, unlike the three Westerners, doesn't have claws.
Merioc has no parent-name because she doesn't know who her biological parents are. I do, but I can't remember what I named her mother. Long Yin doesn't have one because it's just not an Eastern tradition... and she doesn't really want people to know who her father is.

I've actually been wondering how Merioc and Arthgen looked in their human forms -- and now this! Very neat. 
Not to mention Yin and Sarkany for good measure, and that terrific set of poses.
I see what you mean about Sarkany and Yin being better at their transformations. I never thought about it before as a skill sort of thing, but that makes sense, and while I can't put my finger on what makes them look more human it's definitely there. That's pretty neat. By the way, though, is Yin the best at controlling her transformations due to lots of practice, or in her case is it more a cultural thing? Also, if a dragon tries hard enough can they really shake up their appearances as humans or do they have to stay true to their draconic form?
I think my favorite part of this picture is the expressions everyone's wearing. I can't even pick a favorite. I think, "Sarkany looks so solemn! <3" And then I'll look at Merioc and go, "love the way she's biting her lip," and Yin just looks awesome and Arthgen so adorable...it really is impossible for me to choose. XD So I guess I'll just say I love them all, because that's totally true.
Also, I think the look on Yin's face has made me like her more than I have until now. Make of that what you will. XD
