Long Shen

He is from Sarkany's world, and can turn into a human. It's a very rare ability amongst the Western dragons, but is something that most Easterners can do. As a human, he looks rather like a Chinese mad scientist. Big hair.

Shen is a friend of Karroch's, though they haven't seen each other in years. He is good at staying very still and watching the goings-on, among other things.

I'm not entirely happy with how his head came out, but dammit, I like those feet.
