Hywel

Andrew, who threw him in there, disagrees with that opinion.

Hywel is a cosplayer. He lives in Moffat, and is one of a reasonably large group of them. You get three guesses who he cosplays as. Three, and no more.
Andrew is also a cosplayer, and is not in this drawing. He and Hywel spend more time trying to set fire to each other's sleeves than they do cosplaying. This time, he picked Hywel up and bodily hurled him into a pond that's pretty much more algae (green, of course) than water.

Hywel is a ginger wolf, and is not Welsh. His parents just liked the name. If you've never heard his name said before, it's pronounced Hyoo-el.
