Dragon Parade

Description

I went to see The Desolation of Smaug last Friday and came home inspired to draw a load of my dragons. 'A load' in this case turned out to be thirty-two, some of whom I've not drawn in ages, some of whom I've never drawn before (and/or never even pictured, which made drawing them a bit tricky) and some of whom have been renamed, either slightly or entirely, since the last time I did anything with them. And now, a few random pieces of information:
- Those two down at the bottom are Sarkany's parents. As you can see, he gets the colour of his hide and eyes from his father, but otherwise takes more strongly after his mother.
- Barinthus is in fact a pure-blooded polar dragon like Einherji, Morrakot, Kuruk, Vettur and Yormung. He's just a bit of a mutant, hence the comparative lack of fur. His son Arthgen is half-Westerner.
- Morra and Azregal are distantly related; they share a great-great-grandmother. Azregal and Gerren are first cousins.
- Rakan and Liath are both runts by dragon standards, and therefore at a bit of a disadvantage in a culture that tends to value size and strength. Rakan learned to cope, found something else to be good at (flying messages throughout the Carpathians), and got on with her life. Liath let it consume him.
- Tanthryg ('th' like in 'father', 'y' like in 'why') was not chosen by his predecessor as the Welsh rangelord because of his resemblance to the flag, but it didn't hurt.
- The 'th' in 'Sruthan' and 'Liath' is silent. 'Stoer' has one syllable and rhymes with 'for'.
- If they have a beard, they're male.

Spot the villains!
